PYBAR Mining Services has been providing contract services for over 30 years and has a track record of securing repeat business. **About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the CEO whilst managing a small team, including Recruitment, HR Advisory and Payroll, you will take a hands-on approach to leading a broad HR / IR portfolio, providing support to our corporate and project teams operating across multiple sites, Australia wide.

Spending a significant portion of time in our PYBAR head office in Orange NSW and travelling to sites regularly, you will be a natural influencer, champion of change and leader of culture. With an extensive employment relations background, you’ll have good nose for risk and excellent intuition as to when and how to appease or escalate matters.

Working alongside the CEO and partnering with our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR and IR Strategies across the business. You will lead the delivery of HR related projects and setting of people related business goals to ensure our teams are set up for success.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience in a HR leadership role in Mining or Heavy Industry, with a track record of 10 years + in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results;
- Experience in partnering with senior leadership;
- Excellent with building, coaching and mentoring HR teams;
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation;
- Experience working in companies moving through transformational change and growth.
