**_ Where do you want to go?_**:
Reporting to the Head of Sales, with a line to the National Business Manager - Pharmacy, this role will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy channel business.
This role will give you a lot of day to day variety and allow you to develop your account management skills, as you be responsible for managing some of your own smaller pharmacy accounts.
Working in a hybrid environment, you will work a minimum of 3 days in the Pymble office.
**_ Do something that moves you._**:
- Key account support for pharmacy customers
- Support the team with Exceedra, claims and forecasting requirements
- Participate in collaboration meetings with customers, driving achievement of KPI’s
- Achieve agreed divisional sales and profit targets for identified accounts
- Support the development of customer strategies to drive profitability
- Actively participate in co-op budgeting and planning processes, updating related tracking and reporting as required
- Plan, monitor and control all promotional activity and expenditure
- Achieve distribution targets of existing and new products
- Assist with customer forecasting and collaborate with supply chain and marketing teams
- With the support of the National Business Manager, prepare for and negotiate annual trading terms
- Complete and comply with corporate compliance regulations
- Establish strong working relationships with National Business Manager, National Account managers and Key Account managers.
**_ Does this sound like you?_**:
- Previous work experience in a pharmacy, grocery, marketing or retail sales environment
- Account management or B2B sales relationship experience would be highly regarded
- Strong business acumen, including analytical skills
- Ability to work within set budgets
- Great verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to organise and prioritise work
- Be self motivated and have a desire to always be learning
- Strong team player and collaborator
- Willingness to work in a face paced, agile environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills
- Knowledge of IQVUA, ac Nielsen and IMS platforms are an advantage
