**What you’ll do
- To manage key pieces of marketing communication, the associated objectives, strategy, creative, execution and measurement
- Run key campaigns and always-on comms across paid media, owned and earned channels
- Manage and produce key components end to end (eg advertising) and deliver assets to other specialist channel teams to execute.
- Manage the detailed media plan to support each activity.
- Manage the associated budgets to deliver, including production and media.
- Produce excellent agency briefs with key insights and business/brand objectives and manage the process to completion.
- Deliver excellence in all our creative assets, including art direction, permanent marketing properties and campaign executions, whether delivered directly by you or by separate specialist teams.
- Link together all strands of the campaign and activity and see where synergies can be achieved.
- Engage and drive other owned channel managers to deliver overall campaign excellenceTake accountability for the delivery of all work regardless of channel and take ownership of always-on comms responsibilities, including managing the approach and end-to-end production

**What you’ll bring
- Campaign and Project Management: Proven ability to manage integrated marketing campaigns and oversee timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Creative and Analytical Thinking: Strong creative problem-solving skills combined with the ability to analyse campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear agency briefs and engaging with stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive campaign success.
