Make an impact and be part of the Marketing team developing, driving and executing the marketing strategy of the Nasonex & Desonex portfolio whilst ensuring alignment with broader divisional strategies.

Reporting into the Marketing Lead have the opportunity work on key brands across the Australian market, influencing local initiatives and growth.

- Develop and drive brand strategy of assigned brands in conjunction with Marketing Lead
- Contribute to the execution of broader divisional strategies and plans including new product development
- Contribute to Global Allergy Category Business Unit discussions & decisions with Marketing Lead
- Build and develop collaborative relationships with internal and external customers to deliver strategic priorities and drive operational excellence
- Develop consumer and shopper insights using market research and the Bayer Marketing Excellence program
- Monitor market trends along with consumer and customer needs and support
- Consider impact on division strategy and plans
- Be responsible and accountable for ensuring all aspects of assigned brand portfolio life cycle are delivered
- Manage and execute above and below the line campaigns as part of brand strategy
- Deliver forecast accuracy at or above divisional objectives via monthly forecast adjustments, integrating feedback from Sales and Supply Chain Teams
- Monitor and report on performance vs Budget including close management of P&I expenditure and propose corrective action when require
- Actively demonstrate a strong team spirit, engagement and performance focus
- Be a culture creator and actively foster a culture where innovation, diverse thinking and high performance can flourish

- Strong business acumen and understanding of key marketing concepts displaying a digital first mindset
- Proven ability to foster collaborative relationships in complex environments
- Strong presentation, communication and consultation skills
- Strong project management, planning and prioritisation skills with ability to work autonomously
- Previous experience across multiple channels beneficial (grocery, pharmacy, P&C, route)
- Proficient at analysing data to provide insight
- Degree Qualified (or equivalent). Preferably major in Commerce, Business Studies or Marketing
- New product development experience preferred
- Brand strategy development and insight generation
