Are you ready to redefine pet well-being through strategic and creative marketing? As the Marketing Manager ANZ at Wellness Pet, you will be the architect of our brand journey. This is more than a role; it's an opportunity to pioneer marketing initiatives from concept to reality, elevating Wellness Pet's brand presence in the vibrant markets of Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you'll embark on a 360-degree experience, blending traditional and digital marketing expertise with an entrepreneurial spirit. **What You’ll Accomplish**
Digital and Social Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social marketing plans to enhance brand presence.
- Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Leverage Key Opinion Leader (KOL) resources and build new partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach a broader audience.
- Monitor performance of paid digital/social advertising campaigns and measure ROI and LTV:CAC ratios.
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive consumer and trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Develop specific marketing plans to build e-commerce presence and drive growth online
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Brand Building:
- Build and maintain constant brand presence across key channels and consumer touchpoints.
- Create and execute promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and other initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct brand building activities such as events, partnerships, PR, and social media.
- Create compelling and on-brand copy for various marketing materials, including promotional content, social media posts, and advertising campaigns.
- Manage marketing budget to support marketing plans, promotional plans, product launches and other initiatives.
- Conduct market and consumer research to better understand trends and consumer behavior.
Sales Support:
- Develop presentation and analysis to sell-in new products and programs to customers.
- Liaise with and present to retail and e-commerce customers.
- Provide regular reports on the performance of trade marketing initiatives.

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who possesses:
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with the proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in leading teams
- Extensive hands-on experience in crafting and building brands across diverse brands/categories.
- Proven and robust background in social and digital marketing with a focus on generating brand awareness and driving trial.
- Experience with paid digital/social advertising, including monitoring performance and measuring ROI and LTV:CAC.
- Expertise in developing and implementing digital and social marketing plans to enhance brand presence, including overseeing day-to-day social media operations and influencer partnerships.
- 5 years minimum of solid experience in FMCG marketing, showcasing a track record of success, with a preference for pet industry experience.
