This privately-owned company has established themselves as one of the most innovative and enduring providers of quality products to its niche market. For over 70 years, from its Gold Coast manufacturing facility, it has distributed products to its specialist markets across QLD and NSW.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering Lean Manufacturing initiatives to develop a best practice culture by designing and implementing new training materials and programs as well as engaging in industrial specific projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key accountabilities include:

- Developing strategies, plans and actions for the organisation to implement a quality process management system
- Leading improvement activities for frontline business and providing mentorship and training to key stakeholders
- Implementing key improvement projects as well as engaging in identifying opportunities for both improvements and cost reduction initiatives for the organisation

**About you**
- High exposure to Lean manufacturing and leadership experience ideally in reinforcing steel or building products. High regard will be given to a background in training and change initiatives and guiding a business through process change
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to engage with all levels of management and employees
- Proven ability to observe, coach and provide feedback with excellent personal organisational and planning skills
