**About You**
- You will require a degree qualification in business, change management, project management, nursing, Allied Health professions, other area of clinical governance or related field and/or demonstrated extensive practical experience in Business Improvement, Management, Project Management or Quality & Safety
- Proven ability to influence managers and employees to facilitate new ways of working to uplift team performance
- Strong group facilitation, teaching and coaching skills, with experience and commitment to effecting positive workplace culture for a broad range of employee groups.
- Demonstrated ability in data/ information analysis to identify the drivers impacting on business unit performance and proven ability to identify changes required to drive improvement
