An opportunity has become available for a Business Practice Improvement Officer (Outpatients) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will- Create performance reports which monitor performance against key performance indicators
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Active engagement in the monitoring of data quality and information management
- Evaluate the efficiency of Outpatient business processes
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and to effectively monitor and coordinate staff to achieve outcomes and to meet deadlines
To be successful in this position you will require:
