**The opportunity**

Safeguarding Bupa's mission involves delivering outstanding, safe care and services that go above and beyond our customers' expectations.

This role focuses on establishing and maintaining effective clinical governance mechanisms for Third-Party Providers (TPPs) delivering clinical services across Bupa's Asia Pacific (APAC) Market Unit in Australia, New Zealand, and Hong Kong. Additionally, it provides clinical governance support to the Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) agenda.

This is a permanent full-time position, based in Melbourne office. (Bupa offers a harmonious blend of office and remote work with their flexible hybrid arrangements.)

**How will I help?**

**You will add value by**:

- Developing strategic quality partnerships with clinical Third-Party Providers (TPPs) across APAC business services.
- Enhancing clinical TPP engagement and contracting mechanisms for evaluating and improving clinical service performance.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders to research and evaluate innovative clinical care models.
- Supporting MU Environmental and Social Governance initiatives and providing clinical support.

**What do I need?**
- Possession of a tertiary qualification in a relevant health-related field (e.g., nursing) or an equivalent health professional qualification, along with a valid professional AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of six years of clinical experience in the specific area of expertise.
- Highly desirable to have a qualification in clinical governance, quality improvement, clinical audit, healthcare risk management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated familiarity with current service and care models in aged care, dental, hospitals, day procedure centres, hospital in the home, and allied health.
