**Who You Are**:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Brand Partnerships who is passionate about influencer marketing and thrives in the dynamic intersection of content creation and business development. This strategic role is based at our office, demanding a visionary leader capable of shaping impactful brand collaborations that resonate with our audience and uphold our brand values.
**Your Responsibilities and Skills**:
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns with expertise, from concept to execution.
- Lead strategic initiatives in business development, brand partnerships, and marketing to drive Spawnpoint Media’s growth.
- Work closely with Spawnpoint Talent and internal teams to ensure that influencer campaigns align seamlessly with our brand identity and audience expectations.
- Identify and analyse potential brand partnership opportunities that align with our talent’s values and target demographic.
- Develop innovative, engaging concepts for brand collaborations that enhance both content quality and audience connection.
- Create compelling presentations to secure and maintain successful brand partnerships.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to maintain and enhance Spawnpoint Media’s market positioning.
- Implement innovative pricing strategies to set industry trends and enhance partnership value.
- Develop strong relationships with brands and industry leaders to develop long-term value-adding partnerships.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in Brand Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Brand Relationships or similar roles in either the gaming, e-sports, social media, media, or entertainment industries.
- Strong track record of managing successful influencer campaigns and securing lucrative brand partnerships.
- Strong network of industry contacts to develop relationships with.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of persuading and influencing key stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
