As Head of Partnerships, you’ll be a large part of that In this role you will be the driving force when it comes to increasing Australia and New Zealand regional sales and business development. Using your negotiating skills, industry knowledge and confident leadership ability you’ll bring Intrepid Travel to new heights in the ANZ market developing and delivering our distribution and brand strategy to achieve our ambitious 2030 goals.

With an incredible team around you, you’ll lead industry sales and external partnership opportunities, taking on the responsibility of all contracting, negotiating, relationship management, and business development. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone in the ANZ travel industry, ready to take their next step and bring their passion of sustainable experience rich travel to the next level.

This role is full-time permanent position based out of our HQ on Collins Street in Melbourne, with lots of flexibility for hybrid working.

**Some of the experience you’ll bring with you, includes**:

- 5+ years of Senior Management experience
- Significant experience in negotiating business agreements and contracts
- Demonstrable experience in expanding sales across multiple categories in multiple markets and expanding distribution
- A leader in the AU/NZ travel industry and strong knowledge of the global travel market
- Personal and/or professional travel experience in Intrepid destinations

In addition, you will be an excellent communicator, purpose driven and have a good sense of humour, all while aligning with Intrepid’s core values of real, impactful, ambitious and together.

Pay: Up to $155,000.00 per year
