This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a highly-regarded organisation in the field of community health care.

Due to an increase in business demands, the scheduling team requires an Administrator to coordinate At Home Support and field staff visits in the Eastern suburbs.

As an Administrator, you will assist in the scheduling of nurse visits to those in our community who are maintaining their independence at home, but still require regular check-ins.

Your calm, fun and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this easy-going, professional and supportive team. The responsibilities of this role are essentially:

- Customer Service
- Coordination of client visits (Phone & Digital)
- Welfare Check calls
- Data entry of check-ins and recording of visit information

The right person will be warm, patient & able to establish rapport quickly with the large number of in-home patients and mobile operational staff. The ability to multi-task and successfully schedule in a timely manner will be highly regarded. Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in administration. The assignment for around 3 months, with a view to permanency for the right person. The hours of work are 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
