Melbourne, Australia Australian Healthcare Associates Full time

**About Us**

Australian Healthcare Associates (AHA) is Australia's largest specialist health and human services consultancy. Now in our 33rd year, we partner with federal, state and territory governments to improve health and social outcomes for Australians by delivering evaluations, reviews and program administration engagements of major national importance.

AHA’s story is all about its people. We pride ourselves on our supportive and inclusive culture, and on the vision, creativity, and drive of our staff. Our high-performing team of passionate and talented individuals works collaboratively to deliver great outcomes for our clients.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Scheduler to join our growing team that supports our mobile workforce of allied health specialists and educators - collectively known as ‘facilitators’. The scheduling team liaises with schools to identify suitable times for our facilitators to meet and conduct a Profile meeting for the student. The scheduler manages the process of scheduling/rostering our facilitators across multiple locations and is required to think laterally when presented with scheduling challenges.

As a Scheduler you will:

- Efficiently allocate Profile meetings to the facilitator team
- Liaise with schools to confirm bookings and respond to cancellations and reschedule requests
- Ensure facilitators have the information they need to deliver a high-quality experience for schools
- Work proactively with the Project Support Officer team to manage the workflow of Disability Inclusion Profiles from initial request to finalisation
- Training and support in scheduling (Skedulo) and customer support software (ZenDesk) will be provided.

We are passionate about ensuring the quality of our work and the wellbeing of our team. To achieve these aims, you will be supported by training in and use of leading mobile workforce scheduling and customer support software, ensuring you have the right tools at your disposal to liaise with schools, confirm Profile meetings and notify facilitators of their assigned meetings.

**On offer**
- An attractive total remuneration package of $65,407
- Generous leave arrangements that align with school holiday periods - approximately 12 weeks a year
- Flexible working arrangements, with a mix of work from home (up to 4 days per week depending on your preference) and office based (Melbourne CBD) work
- Provision of technical equipment with access to leading customer support software
- Ongoing training and support
- A supportive and collegiate team environment.

**About You**
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative and work flexibly to undertake various tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail combined with an ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills, with a desire to learn and master new systems
- Sound data entry and maintenance skills.

Desirable:

- Experience working in the disability or education sectors
- Knowledge or experience with ZenDesk Customer Support or Skedulo scheduling software packages.

If you have the required attitude, skills, and experience, we're keen to meet you.

**To apply** please upload your **CV and a cover letter **outlining how your skills and experience align with the requirements of the role.

**Applications close 5pm 3 May 2024.**

**Applicants must have full Australian working rights.**
- AHA is an Equal Opportunity Employer who provides an inclusive work environment and embraces the diverse talent of its people. We support flexible and accessible working arrangements for all. This includes people with a disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, culturally, religiously, and linguistically diverse people, young people, older people, and people who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex, or queer.
