**The role**

An exciting opportunity for a customer relationship specialist has become available. In this role, you will be supported by a welcoming team, and your exceptional people skills will ensure you provide high-level service to the clients.

**Based in Clayton, this is a temp role starting ASAP until July 2023, with the potential to extend.** This is a hybrid role, with Mondays and Fridays WFH, Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday working in the office. Hours at 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Remuneration is $31 - $33 per hour plus superannuation.

**Your duties**:

- Providing a professional experience / approach to customers; building brand loyalty and trust,
- Answering incoming calls promptly; assisting with product and servicing enquiries
- Coordinating returns and repairs with relevant internal departments
- Maintain product training and brand knowledge
- Ensure resolutions consider the needs of the company, including cost and time
- Maintain appropriate knowledge of SAP and other sales-related programs
- General administrative duties
- Liaise with relevant departments regarding the stock allocation and delivery timeframes

**Your skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Retail/whitegoods product background advantageous
- Intermediate computer skills; SAP experience advantageous
- Proactive, punctual, and reliable
- Calm and consistent productivity, dealing with calls and customer queries
- Solution-focused mindset
- Ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively
