Customer Relationship Consultants are the heart of our customer experience. You'll engage in meaningful conversations to understand individual needs and tailor solutions that meet those needs, while also balancing the interests of the bank.

**Here's what a typical day might look like**:

- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience at every touchpoint. This means providing high-level customer service skills, consistently upholding the ME Bank Retail Credit Policy, and exemplifying the BOQ Group values in all your interactions.
- **Contribute to Team Success**: As part of a collaborative team, you'll maintain agreed-upon productivity benchmarks to ensure optimal turnaround times. You'll also be willing to assist other Business Units during busy periods as directed by the Leadership Team.
- **Embrace Continuous Learning**: You'll demonstrate a dedication to ongoing learning initiatives, staying current with the conversational framework, retention techniques, and business initiatives that fuel our success.
