Here's what a typical day might look like:


  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: You'll build strong relationships with both internal and external clients, ensuring a positive and efficient experience at every touchpoint. This means providing high-level customer service skills, consistently upholding the ME Bank Retail Credit Policy, and exemplifying the BOQ Group values in all your interactions.

Contribute to Team Success: As part of a collaborative team, you'll maintain agreed-upon productivity benchmarks to ensure optimal turnaround times. You'll also be willing to assist other Business Units during busy periods as directed by the Leadership Team.

Embrace Continuous Learning: You'll demonstrate a dedication to ongoing learning initiatives, staying current with the conversational framework, retention techniques, and business initiatives that fuel our success.
