**Position Overview**

The **Practice Manager / Intake Officer** at daar Allied Health Clinic is responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of the clinic, as well as managing the intake of new clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, that compliance with healthcare regulations is maintained, and that clients experience a smooth onboarding process and receive consistent, high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and optimise clinic operations through effective administrative oversight, ensuring that client appointments, staff schedules, and resource allocations are efficiently organised.
- Lead the intake process for new clients by coordinating initial consultations, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed and processed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and documentation in a secure and organised system.
- Develop and implement administrative protocols and office management systems to enhance clinic efficiency.
- Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and appointments, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of any issues.
- Train and supervise administrative staff in client care coordination and efficient office management, ensuring high standards of service and administrative accuracy.
- Regularly review and update clinic procedures and policies to adhere to healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on clinic operations, client intake, and staff performance, using these insights to guide strategic decisions and operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and experience working with NDIS participants.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- High level of proficiency in administrative and office software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
