CRC has an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work in our Human Resource team. Keen to make a difference through your admin or HR expertise? This is a great opportunity to provide admin support across all areas within HR, so lots of variety

The Opportunity
As an Administration Officer you will be responsible for providing general admin support to the HR Manager across the employee life cycle, so this is a great opportunity to expand on your admin and HR skills

Your role includes:
- general administration duties including the administration of employee data, ensuring records are compliant, up to date and accurately maintained in the HRIS.
- administration assistance in the recruitment process, including advertising roles, responding to applicants and scheduling interviews via recruitment software. Your role will include reference and probity checks and onboarding administration.
- scheduling of clinical and cultural supervision for staff, including liaison with external supervisors, maintaining attendance records and invoice administration.
- supporting other HR activities and projects, as required. This could include various projects relating to employee engagement & wellbeing, performance & probation reviews, Work Health & Safety, as well as assisting with the implementation of new systems and processes.

Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work independently, and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, work within timeframes and possess a high level of self-motivation.

You will be approachable and friendly and willing to support others to assist them to do their best work.


Your usual work hours will be 4 hours per day 4 days per week between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

To join us, you'll need:

  • Minimum one year experience in an Admin or HR role/and or relevant qualifications
  • Strong administration skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated high level digital skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Office 36
  • Proven ability to deal with deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Strong verbal and written skills, interpersonal skills and collaborative nature
  • Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Problemsolving skills and adaptability you'll be proactive and demonstrate initiative
  • Outstanding drive, energy, and commitment with a capacity for working independently and ability to reach out for assistance when needed
  • Previous experience with a HRIS, LMS or recruitment programs will be highly valued
