Customer Accounts Officer

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The customer accounts officer is responsible for maximising revenue and sustaining tenancies for customers living with disability in line with the NDIS practice standards.
This role supports the _Housing People With Disability_ team by collaborating with customers/ their formal and informal support networks to maximise NDIS and rental income.
**WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU**
This important role will see you;
- Knowledge and experience of managing accounts for social and affordable housing, or Specialist Disability Accommodation customers
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills with the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a mind for numbers
- Certificate III in Administration, Certificate IV in Social Housing or equivalents - _desirable_
- Current NSW driver’s license and access to a car
- Clear NDIS worker screening check
