**Why we're hiring**:
To support the function of local AUNZ and global WPP offices and subsidiaries with timely and accurate company secretarial services and corporate governance.

**What you'll be doing**:
**Local WPP AUNZ **Subsidiary Support**:
Responsible for governance and Company Secretarial administration for WPP AUNZ Group and subsidiaries the position requires:

- Maintenance of all AUNZ hard copy and electronic regulatory files and registrations. Activities may include, drafting agreements and resolutions, managing filing statutory forms, updating statutory registers on GEMS, and lodging all corporate changes with Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and NZ Companies House
- Working closely with the Finance and Tax teams locally on the ongoing simplification of the WPP AUNZ group structure.
- Managing the flow of senior management document executions and filings as required.

**Global Team **Support**:
As a member of a global Company Secretarial team lead out of the UK, global responsibilities include:

- Ongoing updates to global register via the central company secretarial inbox
- Production of KYC organisational charts and Internal Audit charts as requested.
- Distribution of fortnightly GEMS reports to UK senior management.

**Projects**:

- Legal entity simplification project
- RFPs for key suppliers

**What you'll need**:
Qualification or equivalent experience and understanding of:

- company law and administration and corporate governance best practice
- relevant software and systems (GEMS, ASIC Edge, NZ Companies House)
- Customer oriented with a willingness to work collaboratively
- Highly organised with the skills to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
