Ideally located on the northern fringe of Sydney and just an hour's drive from Newcastle, the Central Coast offers one of the best places in Australia to live and work.

This position is required to provide quality customer service and create value for the community.

Council will also be creating an eligibility list from this recruitment process and may utilise this eligibility list to fill other Temporary Personal Assistant vacancies within Council.

**Key activities of this role include**
- Provide the full suite of executive administration, exercising sound discretion and judgement in supporting the Unit Manager
- Produce quality reports, presentations, financial information and other correspondence for a range of corporate matters
- Build sound relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Undertake a range of complex projects on behalf of the Unit Manager

**_About You_**
- Ideally holding a Certificate III in Business Administration or a related field, you bring strong experience in a similar executive support role in a large and complex organisation
- You have experience with electronic records management systems, budget software, and other relevant systems and programs
- You are capable of working autonomously to prioritise your own workload
- You bring excellent interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach, with the ability to foster relationships with a diverse range of senior stakeholders

This role provides a commencing salary range of between $66.5k to $79.8k per annum dependent on skills and experience + 10.5% superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role,** **with flexible/hybrid working arrangements available
