**Join the Central Coast Local Health District as a Midwifery Unit Manager for Antenatal Services**
- The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) Level 2 for Antenatal Services at Gosford and Wyong Hospital. In this crucial position, you will be responsible for leading and managing women created antenatal care delivery, ensuring high standards of care, supporting staff development, and continuously improving service quality within our healthcare facilities and local outreach centres

**About You**
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Midwife.
- Extensive recent post registration clinical experience and knowledge of current midwifery issues in the antenatal setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills and demonstrated ability to lead manage and support a clinical team.
- Evidence of and commitment to patient/customer focused care, clinical governance and quality improvement.
- A passion for continuity of care and carer for every woman and family

**Where you’ll be working**
- The MUM takes overall responsibility for the health care environment and standard of patient care. As the registered midwife in charge of the ward/unit, the MUM performs as a clinical leader and manager with accountability for culture, quality and safety, patient flow, financial management, change management and the experience of women and families throughout their pregnancy journey.
