**People and Culture Business Partner**
**Location**: Hybrid - Melbourne CBD (at least 2 days per week)
**Employment Type**: Full Time, Fixed term until 30 June 2025
**Salary**:$108,640 to $116,550 + superannuation per annum

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a People and Culture Business Partner, you will:
- Provide expert HR advice and support.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition.
- Manage people concerns and complaints.
- Coordinate recruitment and retention aligned with our People and Culture Strategy.
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong record-keeping and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in managing complex HR issues.
- Proficiency in HR best practices and legislation.
- Previous HR project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability in research and analysis for implementing HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships.
- Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
