**Role Summary**:
The Learning Program Specialist role is an opportunity to join our Learning Academy Team based at our Head Officer, Forrest Centre site.
The purpose of the Learning Program Specialist is to engage in the planning, design, development, delivery, evaluation, and review of Synergy’s organisational development programs that underpin the delivery of Synergy’s strategy.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- You will design, develop, implement, and execute Synergy’s learning solutions that enhance organisational performance, minimise organisational risk and lift the capability of the people across the business
- You will provide expert guidance to business stakeholders to ensure learning solutions are fit for purpose, meet corporate objectives, and deliver maximum return on investment
- You will ensure Synergy’s workforce has access to personalised learning experiences via provision of diverse, contemporary, and accessible learning tools and materials
- You will ensure training issues, risks and opportunities are clearly understood through in depth investigation, analysis, and research into best practice to address performance gaps and deliver effective & safe outcomes
- You will facilitate Synergy’s organisational development programs that underpin the delivery of Synergy’s strategy
**What you’ll bring**:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant field, or equivalent of 7-10 years’ experience in senior training or L&D roles
- Experience with analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as RISE and Articulate
- Development and delivery of effective, evidence-based learning solutions in multiple modalities, including face to face, electronic, in the flow of work etc
- Currency with development in Learning design methodologies such as instructional design principles, learning theory and technology
