**Role Summary**:
The Leadership Development Program Specialist is a newly created opportunity in our Learning Academy team based at our Perth CBD office.
The purpose of this role is to engage in the design, delivery, management and measurement of the leadership, talent and capability programs that underpin the delivery of Synergy’s strategy.
**Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- You will design, implement, measure, manage and continuously improve leadership development programs for aspiring and developing leaders.
- You will use instructional design methodologies and tools to build leadership learning products and experiences that meet the requirements for national accreditation.
- You will develop and maintain close, coaching style relationships with learning participants to support them throughout their learning journey.
- You will develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, partners and consultants involved in the development of leadership programs
**What you’ll bring**:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Leadership, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology MLA, HR
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher with a Thorough understanding of the vocational education and training (VET) system
- Strong experience in the development and delivery of contemporary learning and leadership development interventions.
- Demonstrated experience in learning and leadership development roles, including projects requiring change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, influential communications, co-design, facilitation and learning & development activities
- Expert facilitation skills and ability to deliver training programs
