Situated at the Front Desk, you will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, meeting and greeting guests as well as providing exceptional administration support to the entire team.**The Duties**
Some of your actual duties will include.- Greeting all visitors
- Managing and organising filing systems
- Performing ad-hoc administration duties
- Liaising with members on a regular basis
- Receiving deliveries & assisting with mail
- Assisting with events and functions
**The Requirements**
- Have a warm, friendly & personal approach
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working reception in a professional environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
