**The Opportunity**
Established in 1999, this residential office specialises in Sales, Leasing and Property Management of apartments within the Melbourne CBD and inner city. They are proud to be one of the largest estate agencies in Melbourne CBD with over two decades combined with excellent reputation makes them the first choice for their clients real estate needs. Strategically located in the heart of the CBD, they provide the highest level of service to their clients, and their ground floor office ensures exposure to buyers and renters in the CBD.
**The Role**
This is a busy office and they appreciate the work a skilled administrator, receptionist can provide. Reception is a great pathway into the real estate industry and this role will lead directly to a career in Property Management or sales for the right person.
This is a great role for someone who enjoys administration and is happy to work in a busy support role while they are trained and introduced to the work of real estate.
Flexible options for work hours available with no weekend work
**Tasks include but are not limited to**:
- Answering the overflow of incoming calls
- Administration as required to support rentals and sales
- Greeting clients
- Liaison with other staff members and management
- Managing customer expectations
- Supporting the property management team with administration and ad hoc duties.
- Real estate Administration and or high-level reception experience
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate is beneficial
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong computer skills
- Someone who is patient, think skinned and happy to work in a multicultural environment
