Enterprise Software Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth within the enterprise segment.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and drive success.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and market insights to inform business strategy.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and areas for growth within the enterprise sector.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending solutions to address their challenges.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the sales team, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience exceeding targets in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges, with prior experience selling software solutions to construction professionals preferred.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand complex customer requirements and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with C-level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and prospects.
