**Your role**:
As a Sales Manager, you will report to the Regional Vice President, and hold responsibility for executing a sales plan for your territory. Your role will involve direct sales engagement and relationship building with enterprise prospects, as well as supporting our partners in their sales engagements.

You will also manage key accounts. You will be preparing and executing a sales plan developed in conjunction with the RVP and extended sales team, delivering the Quadient value proposition. This will involve cold-calling, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, Quadient executive introductions, and marketing automation introductions.

**What you bring**:

- You have proven experience in enterprise sales in the software industry or related environment, you most likely come from either a CXM or SaaS company.
- You’re able to demonstrate knowledge of one or more enterprise vertical industries for the assigned territory as well as regional and global trends
- You combine Strong business and financial acumen with highly developed negotiating and sales skills
- You have outstanding interpersonal skills, and you’re a great team player
