Hatch is supporting Tesla to find a great Customer Support Specialist (Overnight Shift) to join their Customer Support team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Tesla.

**About the role at Tesla**

The Customer Support team are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy by electrifying the owner experience for our rapidly growing customer base. Associate Support specialists are consistently delivering an incredible experience by developing excellent relationships with Tesla Owners and internal departments to accurately and effectively solve customer concerns related to service and level 1 vehicle support topics. We have created some of the most innovative vehicles ever made and are seeking passionate, resilient, and customer-centric team members to help deliver an equally innovative experience for our customers.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Relationship Building and Management - Develop, maintain, and prioritize relationships with key stakeholders to achieve specific goals
- Account Retention and Expansion - Proactively identify opportunities for expansion and limit risk of churn by collaborating with clients to deliver on actions
