**About the role**
As a CRM Campaign Manager, you will be unapologetic about our marketing mission. You will lead the creation, development and execution of our owned and paid channel activity through our strategic martech platform Braze. You will embrace the freedom and responsibility to define and deliver customer communications across the customer lifecycle that result in customer happiness and increase customer lifetime value during key customer moments.
**Initial 12 month contract with potential for extension.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- You’ll work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and Customer Engagement Platform Manager to execute and achieve set of marketing objectives and targets, through our owned and paid channels via Braze that deliver on customer lifetime value and customer happiness.
- Experienced in collaborating with data teams to provide new data points to enhance campaign design.
- As part of your campaign design, you'll work closely with our Centre of Excellence team - content, social, design to support the execution and experiment with different content to drive business and customer results.
**What will you bring?**
You’re a customer champion. Data savvy with experience in campaign design, and some major runs on the board when it comes to campaign delivery. You’re passionate about all things customer experience, campaign execution and optimisation.
More about you
- Experience in building and executing complex journeys that encompass multiple channels and varying levels of personalisation (experience with liquid is a bonus)
- Ability to identify critical customer episodes and journeys and define target state customer communications to eliminate pain points.
- You have solid training and hands on experience with either Braze (our platform of choice) or other market leading martech platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Marketo.
- Skilled at developing emotionally highly personalised campaigns and think “beyond the click” to drive conversion across website, app, various touchpoints.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator
- able to gain buy-in from stakeholders and contributors for programs.
