The Opportunity: The Regional Executive Administrator will assist the Regional Management team in facets of accounting, business support, general administration, and also provide personal assistant support to the Regional General Manager, and Central Region Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Manage the administration requirements for the Regional General Manager and NSW Management team through efficient data processing, spreadsheet preparation, presentations and general typing, coordination of travel requirements, catering and meeting room bookings.
- Manage NSW region vehicle fleet - vehicle registrations, insurance claims, fuel card and etag requests, and capex requests where required
- Ensuring accuracy of databases for NSW Region’s vehicle assets including all vehicle information in Orix and Custom Fleet online system is maintained.
- Support for regional branches as required
- Purchasing for region as required, ordering merchandise and business cards, etc
- Coordinate customer hospitality events, including annual NSW golf day and Field Days
- Facilities management for Rutherford branch
- Marketing department contact for Rutherford branch

- **What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in supporting a General Manager
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills in Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook and internet
- Accounting fundamentals and reconciliation knowledge
- A conscientious attitude and pride and presentation in ones self and their work
- Team oriented
- Ability to be discreet and handle confidential information
- High level of communication (both written and oral)
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach to work on set projects to meet set timeframes and objectives
- Proven organisational and multi-tasking skills and interact with internal departments in a busy environment
- High level of numeracy and data visualisation skills with proven ability to analyse information and interpret data
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail utilising a detailed approach to checking data including appropriate validation
- Ability to be flexible and undertake projects outside the normal scope of work required
