We are looking for an Early Childhood Coordinator to work across the service system to enhance relationships and networks with early years and health services.
- This is a full-time position.
- The salary range is $97,378 - $101,788 + Superannuation under the SCHCADS Award.
- The position is government funded until 30 June 2026 with possible extension.
- Create stronger two-way referral pathways with child health and education services for families with children 0-5 years old.
- Collaborate with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and Culturally and Linguistically Diverse organisations to address barriers at a systemic level.
- Attend regular stakeholder, network meetings and workshops to promote PELD services.
- A Tertiary degree in a community development, social work or human services related field.
- At least 3 years' experience working within a community development sector with highly developed knowledge of child protection issues and the child protection sector in Queensland.
- An understanding of Community Development and Ecological Systems theories, collective impact and a demonstrated ability to build social capital within the community context.
- Experience and capacity to work collaboratively and foster and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders, partners and the community.
