**Business Support Officer**

In this role, you will provide business and administrative support to the team and clients in all day-to-day operations. Liaise with staff on organizational, administrative, and secretarial tasks and provide accurate and efficient support.

**We will count on you to**:

- Provides routine clerical support services to ensure adequate support to professional and management staff.
- Assists with sorting records and documents to maintain accurate recordkeeping. This will cover vendor management, purchase orders, vendor forms, invoicing.
- Supports the divisions time management system by maintaining project status, user access, reporting.
- Composes and types of routine and confidential correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Develops appropriate systems, procedures and controls to enhance the accuracy.
- Maintains database and spreadsheet files, organizes regular team meetings; books meeting rooms; preparation of agenda and minutes, assists with general finance admin support.
- General administration support on client engagement ranging from claims lodgment, follow ups, reporting and reconciliation of payments.
- Provide expense and travel booking support to the division.
- Provide other support admin function to the division ranging from document preparation, formatting, maintenance of databases and templates.
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, and computers to support efficient business continuity.
- Other tasks as directed by manager.

- Ability to meet deadlines, manage competing deadlines and work well under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills, including the capacity to anticipate needs of senior stakeholders
- Experience working within a Global organization and/or financial services industry
- Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, when occasional projects require extra resources
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
