- 255503**About the Company**:Our client is Australia's largest telecommunications company based in Sydney. They are looking for a Business Support Specialist for a 12 months contract.
**About the role**
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Business Support Specialist to join our CEO Office Team. In this role, you will play a key role in providing responsive administrative support services to the CEO's office.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage and accurately deliver the CEO's materials, including meeting papers, electronic day packs, paper-based packs, and travel materials.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO's office, including correspondence and customer complaint/commendation processing, electronic calendar coordination, facilities management, and intranet ownership.
- Track and manage the CEO's expenses, including international currency oversight, gifts, prizes, and hospitality cost declaration, and invoice management.
- Provide first-line administrative support to the CEO's office and key stakeholders, including but not limited to CEO Office mail management and allocation (hard/digital), and Key Service Milestones for staff.
**Skills and experience**
- Demonstrate sound administrative experience, (Business Administration, Customer Service, or relevant Business-related skills within a corporate environment).
- Have excellent relationship management skills to work collaboratively and professionally with key stakeholders representing the CEO, our office, and Telstra with the highest levels of integrity.
- Have exceptional organizational and communication skills together with the ability to act autonomously and confidently make decisions.
- Be comfortable with tech and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
