We are seeking a passionate, energetic, solutions-orientated International Logistics Coordinator.

**Role responsibilities**:

- Ensure all export, import and cross-trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, according to individual trading terms
- Manage stakeholder communications for international freight and delivery dates
- Facilitate ongoing operations meetings to ensure all stakeholders have most up to date policies and procedures
- Set monthly export sailing schedule with Supply Planner
- Ensure all intercompany invoices and credits are processed promptly and accurately
- Monitor and manage performance of freight forwarders and international third party logistics providers
- Assist with end of month system processing and generation of monthly reports
- Effectively manage all data systems
- Provide general support to the wider Supply Chain Team

**Ideally you will have**:

- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with excellent attention to detail
- Sound negotiation skills
- Organised attitude and style with the ability to forecast and forward plan
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skillset with expertise in MS-Office product suite
- Experience in Netsuite highly desirable

This role is based in our Head Office in Roseberry. On occasion you may be required to attend our Warehouse in Botany.
