**Your Role**:
We're looking for a dynamic ‘can-do’ individual with a track record of delivering high profile brand and sponsorship activities in a fast paced, financial services environment. You will manage Chubb’s A&NZ brand message and creative platform across people, product, channels and communications in support of Chubb Australia & New Zealand’s ambitious growth plans. You will execute high quality, highly effective multi-channel brand marketing and sponsorship programs designed to increase awareness and consideration of Chubb with brokers, end-buyers, employees, the industry and the community, and have a high degree of personal credibility and influence working with business teams. You will work with the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications and colleagues in regional and global functions, and be a key contributor to Chubb’s high-profile sponsorship/s and associated multi-channel creative and media campaigns. You will also directly manage a small team that has responsibility for employee brand engagement, content and in-house graphic design.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Working with the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications and the broader A&NZ Marketing team, build the annual brand marketing plan for A&NZ aligned to Chubb’s key audiences, business objectives and global brand strategy.
Working with the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications, execute the above and below-the-line brand creative and media plans for A&NZ.
Oversee the localisation of global and regional brand initiatives for A&NZ markets, collaborating with colleagues overseas to ensure the needs to A&NZ markets in relation to brand strategy and audience needs are clearly communicated
Develop brand activation plans & tactics to maximise return on investment of Chubb’s portfolio of sponsorships, working closely with rights-holders to ensure Chubb’s business, brand and marketing objectives are met. Execute these significant brand events/sponsorships.
Working with Head of Brand & Marketing, Head of HR and A&NZ management, oversee the delivery of initiatives to galvanise employees with the Chubb brand
Act as guardian and advisor for the Chubb brand in A&NZ across our people, products, environments and external messaging. This may include advising on how the brand comes to life through product propositions, service and employee initiatives, design and tone of voice standards, supporting media placement and sponsorship decisions and advising third parties on appropriate partnership/co-branding solutions.
Working with the team, external communications and PR specialists, ensure Chubb’s brand reputation is proactively managed, identifying and mitigating any reputational risks as required.
Lead and manage the team to drive and develop the content marketing calendar.
Lead and manage the team to drive effective and impactful in-house design studio services.
Work with the business to advise regarding customer experiences aligned to brand strategy and target segment needs.
Use market research and digital analytics to provide up to date and informative analysis on the health of the Chubb brand in the A&NZ markets across end customers, distribution partners, employees and potential employees.
Develop assets, templates, processes and training to ensure A&NZ colleagues are able to deploy brand assets effectively and understand their roles as custodians of the Chubb brand.
Briefing and management of creative agencies and/or other agency partners.
Managing brand marketing budgets and expected performance benchmarks.
Ensure all activities are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Leadership, coaching and supervision of 1-2 direct reports.
**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:
University degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
Minimum 8 years Brand Strategy, Sponsorship and/or Integrated Marketing experience in a commercially focused, fast paced environment (agency or client-side)
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience managing teams
Experience working in the Financial Services industry
Proven experience working with creative and media agencies to deliver compelling and effective brand and marketing campaigns
Highly proficient across digitial tools, trends and technologies
Proven experience in sponsorship activation and complex event management at a national, regional and/or global scale within a financial services organsiation
An energetic team player and driven self-starter, with a positive mindset and excellent work ethic
