**About the role**
We have an opportunity for an** Executive Support Officer** to be part of our Business Support Team within the Professional Standards Command. The Executive Support Officer provides assistance in a range of executive and administrative services to support the delivery of business operations and to assist the management in service delivery.
Based in Sydney Olympic Park, this position provides a great opportunity to provide support to the Assistant Commissioner and NSW Police Force Executives.

**Target Question 1**:
Describe a significant task or project you have recently undertaken that required you to provide high-quality support to senior exectuive; in your answer explain how you addressed any problems you encountered and what communication strategies you used to engage stakeholders.
**Target Question 2**:
Provide an example of actions you have taken to provide a solution to a key organisational issue impacting executive diaries and schedules. Provide details of how you engaged with stakeholders to ensure the outcomes were achieved.
