**Your new company**
This State Government Department assists people within South Australia to resolve issues within specific areas of the law. They are seeking a temporary contractor to join them within their customer service team for a period of 8 weeks with a potential extension.
**Your new role**
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Resilient and empathic nature
- The ability to remain impartial while providing great customer service
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong administration skills to ensure case notes are accurate and comprehensive.
- Previous experience working within the Property Industry is advantageous.
- A current National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months is required for this role.
**What you'll get in return**
An 8-week temporary role working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday, with a potential extension. An hourly pay rate of $42 per hour + Super and ongoing support and training from your manager.
