Investigations Case Coordinator

**This is a full time, permanent role.**
**The Role**:
- Initial point of contact for all internal and external enquiries;
- Updating our valued clients on the progress of factual investigations;
- Assisting investigators with field enquiries and case administration;
- Personal Injury investigations support;
- Coordinating meeting room hire, travel bookings and preparing external information requests;
- Data entry and administration within our database;
- Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution;
- Skip traces & witness location support.
**About You**:
- Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach;
- Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office);
- Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, factual investigations or legal);
- Scheduling and managing important due dates to ensure timeframes are met on investigations;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure;
- Have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
