The innovative and multinational organisation share the mission of changing how mining is performed with integrated decision-making support systems, allowing their customers to mine both safely and productively. Maptek’s Adelaide office, conveniently located in Glenside with onsite parking, is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join their team.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the People & Development Facilitator, the People & Culture Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination and provision of efficient and effective HR services to internal Maptek stakeholders.

**Duties**
- Recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, phone screening and reference checking
- Maintain information within HR systems with timely and accurate documentation
- Payroll processing (monthly pay cycle)
- Assist with various HR projects including development of new HR information system
- Provide administrative support to the People & Development Facilitator

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience providing administrative support in a human resource function is highly regarded
- Understanding of payroll process is essential
- Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relationship building skills with wide range of stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work under pressure
