**Description**:
About the Role

Our People and Culture team are committed to providing the best possible service to our team members and our business and this role plays a critical part in supporting these processes and programs across all P&C functions.

This exciting role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment and management and review of administrative systems and processes for the purpose of continuous improvement across all areas of the People & Culture department. Main duties include:
Support all administration activities related to the team member life cycle including new starters, employment changes, salary reviews etc.
Management and continuous improvement of HRMS
End to end recruitment
The ability to act as the initial point of contact for general team member enquires
Ensure team member electronic files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner
Research and report on all new and reviewed Fair work compliance
Collate and analyse data as required
Assist with Payroll inquires as required

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you

Able to support and promote the Sunny Queen Mission, Vision and Values
A minimum of 12-months experience in a HR support role
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
A good level of understanding and experience of interpreting National and State Industrial Relations legislation
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
Accuracy and attention to detail
A highly organised self-starter
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
The desire to work with a great team in a great business
