**About the Role**

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, the role of coordinator will play a key part in the team working across all areas of the People and Culture function to provide a strategic people direction for the organisation, supporting each department and its people to meet the organisations objectives.

Key responsibilities of your role include:

- Managing the employee lifecycle elements including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and induction presentations
- Working with staff and management to determine training & development needs
- Coach business leaders to improve capability, engagement, and help them make our workplace great
- Staying on top of changing employment rules and regulations in AUS & NZ, and interpreting modern awards and employment laws
- Assisting with Social Club activities & events
- Assist with performance management, reviews, investigations and IR compliance
- Be part of various People & Culture projects

**About You**
- Knowledge and understanding of recruitment, or recent recruitment experience
- 1-3 years’ of demonstrated performance in a HR administration role
- Tertiary or equivalent qualifications in Human Resources
- HRIS experience - Employment Hero (_Desirable_)
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Highly competent across MS Office Suite particularly Word and Excel
