Our People and Culture team are committed to providing the best possible service to our team members and our business and this role plays a critical part in supporting these processes and programs across all P&C functions.

This exciting role is also responsible for the management and review of administrative systems and processes for the purpose of continuous improvement across all areas of the People & Culture department.

**About the Role**
- Support all administration activities related to the team member life cycle including new starters, employment changes, salary reviews etc.
- Management and continuous improvement of HRMS
- The ability to act as the initial point of contact for general team member enquires
- Ensure team member electronic files are maintained and filing is completed in a timely manner
- Research and report on all new and reviewed Fair work compliance
- Collate and analyse data as required
- Support and promote the Sunny Queen Mission, Vision and Values
- Assist with Payroll inquires as required

**About you**
- A minimum of 12-months experience in a HR support role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- A good level of understanding and experience of interpreting National and State Industrial Relations legislation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A highly organised self-starter
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
