Primary responsibilities are to: - Collaborate with the Director of People and Culture to implement various HR and WHS projects; - Serve as the first point of contact for HR enquiries, manage the flow of correspondence, and provide first level HR advice; - Administrate the staff Learning Management System, curating e-learning opportunities to support staff development; - Assist eligible staff to set their annual performance plans each review cycle, aligned to the college's strategic objectives; - Contribute to event planning for HR, WHS, and community events and social activities of the college; - Champion WHS wellbeing initiatives of the college, achieving engagement and positive wellbeing outcomes; and - Ensure accurate record keeping and support analysis activities such as research, benchmarking, and reporting. **Selection Criteria** Qualifications and Professional Standing: - Bachelor degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources or Business Administration would be an advantage. - Relevant experience in the area of HR, administrative support, and events planning. Essential - Committed Christian, involved in a local congregation. - Customer service focused and strong people skills, influencing and team leadership qualities. - Proven experience in managing and prioritising competing deadlines and multiple tasks. - Competent PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and an understanding of databases. - Demonstrated organised approach to work with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy and presentation. - High level of professionalism and maintenance of privacy and confidentiality at all times. This full-time position is based in Macquarie Park. **How to Apply** Excelsia College is a smoke free campus.
