What you’ll be doing

Lead strategy and planning for APJ’s integrated demand generation campaigns:

- Identify growth opportunities for key personas, channels, and segments through research using data from key metrics
- Collaborate with the Global Campaigns team to create effective world-wide programs
- Co-Lead (with Field and Solutions Marketing via the APJ Marketing Pod) the APJ marketing roadmap of all cross-functional campaign activities
- Develop a cohesive, shared GTM plan with timelines through collaboration with various teams including: Digital, Product Marketing, Strategic Events, and Field Marketing
- Partner with content, PMM, and design to develop impactful and memorable creative for our central asset repository
- Leverage historical data and customer insights to build, test, and iterate on the optimal channel mix
- Provide POV on new marketing trends and identify test and learn opportunities
- Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign is tagged properly and build functional dashboards to track performance
- Send regular comms and present project learnings to the extended marketing team
- Effectively manage key APJ partnerships and agencies

What you’ll bring to the role
- 6+ years’ experience in campaign management or related role
- B2B experience preferred
- Analytical thinker
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders
- Diligent with a strong attention to detail and ability to resolve problems quickly
- Teamwork-focused; professional and cooperative attitude; proactive and excited to contribute ideas and thoughts
- Highly organized; ability to meet tight deadlines, manage budgets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative, with an ability to create memorable stories and assets
- High levels of energy and can work autonomously with little guidance
