My client is a leading Hospitality Group in Sydney.

An exciting career opportunity has become available for an experienced DUTY MANAGER to join one of their key venues in Sydney, NSW Australia. This venue is a classic Australian pub rich in history, a favourite local pub to residents in Sydney with fabulous food, excellent beer and wine, sun filled beer garden, bottle shop and boutique accommodations with an exciting gaming experience that boasts a newly renovated outdoor VIP lounge.

To be considered for this position, the following skill set and past work experience is required:
1. A strong back ground working in high volume, reputable establishments to date

2. A true passion for Food with exceptional Management & Customer Service skills

3. A strong working background, knowledge and understanding of Gaming with current RSA & RSG

3. The ability to work well under pressure in a very large and fast paced Hotel Pub environment

4. Possess strong skills previously in managing a large team daily

5. A genuine desire and passion for hospitality as your long term career direction
