- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including staffing, inventory, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the guest experience manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and employee performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage and maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively communicate with guests and staff.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss goals, objectives, and performance.
- Manage and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
