**What’s the role?**

The Head of Client Project Management will collaborate with the Newsamp Strategy and Solutions teams, the Sales leadership team, Production Integration leadership teams, the News Corp Australia Content Coalition and News Corp Australia Commercial Editorial where relevant to ensure all internal processes are developed and adhered to, to ensure the seamless execution of integrated campaigns that are delivered on time and on budget.
- Responsible for the implementation of campaigns by collaboratively working with all business functions relevant to client partnerships, managing all internal and external stakeholder communications related to the efficient delivery and success of campaigns.
- Support the delivery, retention and growth of your state based Newsamp revenue targets by leading a team of Client Project Managers who increase revenue by executing exceptional campaign outcomes to meet client objectives, resulting in and motivating renewal and business growth
- Oversee the team to manage campaign project costs and optimisations with budget and time frames to ensure mínimal impact on Newsamp and sales budgets
- Provide pitch support in order to help win or retain client business on all relevant partnerships
- Develop and maintain positive client and agency relationships and strong relationships with senior internal stakeholders on client partnerships (e.g. Product Integration, Directors of Digital and Brand Solutions, Editorial, Product Integration, Commercial editorial, GIC, Pricing and marketing teams). Leverage these relationships to open doors and enable your team to collaborate to deliver on client partnerships
- Accountable for leading the Client Project Management team in adopting, embedding and delivering best in market project management tools, systems, processes and workflow based on a standard and framework for campaign deliverables.

**Who are you?**
- Prior experience leading an integrated campaign management team and leading the end to end output of advertising campaigns
- Extensive experience working across multiple media platforms and a comprehensive understanding of the different types of creative, content and output that can be delivered
- Ability to tackle obstacles and find the appropriate solution that addresses or resolves the problem
- An eye for detail and an acumen for numbers with strong presentation skills
- A collaborative leader, a results-oriented problem solver, and a business-builder with a customer-first mindset
- Experience building very strong personal relationships, overcoming tough issues in positive ways and building lasting partnerships with internal and external teams
- Highly organised; is used to managing multiple responsibilities
- Strong influencing capability and strong ability to negotiate while maintaining a respectful approach
- An informed perspective on the overall media landscape, trends, consumption habits and challenges.
