We are now looking for a** Head of Flights** who will have overarching responsibility for the growth and sales strategy of the Luxury Escapes flights offering.

Sourcing new and managing establishing commercial flights partnerships this leadership role will be at the forefront of making Luxury Escapes the destination of choice for the considered traveller.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Sourcing strategic Airline partners globally who's products will assist Luxury Escapes in being the premier destination for the luxury traveller.
- Develop and implement the global flights strategy including flights partner relationships, onboarding and competitive packaging.
- Engage with key LE stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of the strategy.
- Establish go-to-market priorities and execute key special projects and strategic partnerships
- Lead the Flight Operations team ensuring all new partners, fares and offers are deployed efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the product development of the flights platform to ensure the growth objectives of the business are met
- Unlock incremental revenue and value from Luxury Escapes’ current flight partners.
- Act as pricing SME with responsibility for developing the pricing portfolio.

**What we are looking for**:

- A commercial leader in the flights/airline partnerships space that has a network of established contacts that can be leveraged
- Experience of negotiating airline partnerships, with an expert understanding of the commercial drivers that enable these connections and how they can be applied to the Luxury Escapes platform
- A deep understanding of digital flight booking platforms and how to ensure the customer experience is at the forefront of every improvement made
- Team leadership skills along with a hands on mentality - we need a leader that will be happy to roll their sleeves up and support the team in meeting their goals
- Advanced stakeholder engagement skills enabling meaningful and productive relationships with our technology, marketing and sales teams
